Little Sprouts Early Learning LLC operates this website and the child care center at 1820 Maple Grove Ave, Portland, OR 97202. This policy explains what the website collects when you use it, where that information goes, and how long we keep it.

What this website collects

The tour request and contact forms on this site ask for five things: your name, phone number, email address, preferred day and time, and the program you are interested in. The forms collect nothing else.

No child health or medical information is requested or stored by this website. The forms contain no fields for medical history, conditions, allergies, or immunization records. Records about an enrolled child are kept in the center's separate, secure enrollment system, not on this website.

One setting stored in your browser

The cookie consent banner stores one entry in your browser's localStorage under the key waas_cookie_consent. It records a single word, accepted or declined, and stays on your device until you clear your browser data. The cookie notice at /cookie-notice describes it further.

How form submissions travel

When you submit a form, the site platform stores your submission and delivers a copy to the center by email through SendGrid, our email delivery provider. A member of our team then calls or emails you to arrange a tour or answer your question.

How long we keep submissions

Form submissions are kept for 24 months from the date you send them, then deleted. This window lets the office follow up on open tour requests and answer questions about earlier ones.

No sale of data, no advertising trackers

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. This site runs no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies by default, and no third party marketing scripts. Your form details go to the center and the two service providers named above, and nowhere else.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your form submissions at any time. Email [email protected] with the name and email address you used on the form, and we will delete the matching submissions and confirm by reply.

You can also decline the consent banner. The site works the same either way.
